Returns, Refunds And Title
Grihasthi Udyog usually supplies fresh stocks. However, Grihasthi Udyog will take the return of the product in case of only expired product or above shelf life. In this case, we will refund the entire amount deducting the fixed shipment charges into your store credit for future purchase.
Any kind of return regarding product quality and packaging will be sole discretion of Grihasthi Udyog and will be considered only after proper checking and required proof submitted by the customer. Cancellation and Returns
Cancellation by Site / Customer
Order once placed cannot be cancelled post purchase. In case of any damage or returned goods, we will refund any payments already made by you for the order after deducting fixed shipment charges. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.
Grihasthi Udyog does not take title to returned items. Any case of refund or cancellation is at sole discretion of Grihasthi Udyog .
10% cancellation charges will be applicable on order cancellations by customer.
